Ok I drive a wagon that has a cup kit, which is not adjustable duh. I will be getting air soon enough but until then I wanted to get some different tires for the time being. As you can see I've got a finger gap.
First off tires I have on the car right now are huge 245/40/18s
The tires I'm in question about are:
215/40/18
OR
215/45/18
Out of the two, which one would you all run?
Bellow is a few pictures of my cars "stance" or lack there of. I'm just trying to run a little stretch to stop the rubbing over hard bumps. Will it look stupid if I run a 215/40? I mean is the sidewall tall enough because I don't want to add to my wheel gap by running to small of a tire. It just seems like the difference is so damn little.
I'm looking at either the Continental ExtremeContact or Michelin Pilot Sports all season
Old setup which was 18x8 +23
NEW setup which is 18x8 +16 offset - more poke
Thanks for any help!
