OEM alarm for E46 (non vert) - $200
I bought it brand new for $295 approx. 6 months ago. Install took me about 10-15 minutes, a detailed DIY can be found HERE. In addition to the physical install, you must have your dealer activate the alarm in your car. Most dealers charge about a half hour of labor for this, and there is no DIY way around it.
