20mm would be pretty agressive, but might work out for you if your tires arent big

tires are 195/55. thats a larger sidewall and slight stretch. i was thinking like 5mm up front and 10 mm in the rear. but that requires rolling my the fenders. i dont know how to...

I think 7" wide ET-24 would actually fit an E30, since my friend runs 16x9" ET0 in the rear. It would look silly, however.

Well his 16x9's are flush so maybe you need 40mm spacers?

well kamotors on e30tech runs 20mm all around on his bottlecaps(flush). those are like et 30.
he said he could go another 5 mm in the back.
so i need 10 mm up front and 15 in the back?
i see it as this. et30-20mm=et10
et30-et24= 6mm
so to get to et10 on my euro weaves, i need to get 14 mm spacers. they dont make those, so should i run 10mm spacers? my math is prolly fuxxored

Bottlecaps are ET35. So with 20mm spacers = ET15. However, bottlecaps are 6" wide and 6" ET15 is NO WHERE even CLOSE to being flush on an E30.

Here is an example for you. This is 16x9" ET0 on an E30 with stock fenders. It's flush or slightly poked. The equivalent with a 7" wide wheel is ET-25! As in negative offset. You would need 44mm spacers to match his flushness.

16x9 et0 is going to be only slightly poked in the rear. In the front however, itll poke, to much for my taste. Sportmax 002s poke at et0, and theyre only 8" wide.
20 and 25 would be reasonable to find.. they wouldn't necessarily be flush but they'd be alot better.
People use that spacer combo alot on stock weaves, with 6.5 width and et30, and they arent flush but they look good.

they look like unspaced euro weaves.
