Posted in the wrong section...

But car looks really good...More pics would be nice.

From this picture I would say you need to space the wheels and lower it a little more (at least in the front)

Hot car!

Better angle, and details of what you have done already would help

Running coils with 18x8.5 wheels with et 35 Rear spacers are 12mm nothing up front Im wondering if I can run 20mm spacers on the rear and 10mm front. But i think I have to flare my fenders to do that.

You could run a 20mm spacer without flaring, if you run 215/35 tires. You'd only need rolled fenders for that.
10mm in the front wouldn't be a problem either, would sit flush and work without fender work, if you aren too low. With 215/35 of course. If you run more meat than that... well.

I am pretty low man and my tires are 215/40/18

I'd suggest swapping out the tires then. 215/35 is a must for a good stance on 8 to 9J wide 18s on an E36 imo.

Also some more pics to see how low it is.

Here is a pic of my cer tell me what I need to achieve perfect stance.
Camber plates up front. Smaller tires all around- 215/35 like dr.ak said. Buy or rent a fender roller. If your fenders are already rolled, calculate how much more poke you need, and buy spacers that size. Lower the car until you have credit card clearance and roll the fenders until you have just enough clearance. Buy stiffer springs if the rear rubs and whatever you do, don't turn on an incline or hit anything whatsoever with the wheel turned. Oh and deal with your driveway or park in the street.;)
