  • b5 a4 control arms

i have a b5 on air lift, when i air out the control arms hit on the top of the inside of the fender at around 25psi, and if im driving low and i hit a bump they slam into the top.

anyone know a way to fix this? smaller arms? i know some people cut a hole for the arms to pop through into the bay but id like to see if theres an easier way to solve it.

nope. cutting holes is the only way. or smaller wheels. but find some one who can weld and fab a little you shouldnt have a problem making notches for controlarms and then boxing it up so you dont have big open holes.
doing it for the internet and the scene kids.

compress the strut all the way to when they hit. Cut.

cut from the inside of the wheel well and up into the bay? that would probably work better than cutting from the bay not being able to see anything.
