hello,

This is my first post. I have a friend that is working a Putting a 4g63t in a Mitsubishi mighty max. He has a set of wheels He want to use. He wants to lower the truck, and roll/pull the fenders. The wheels are after market Toyota Tacoma wheels the are 15x10. I am assuming that the wheels are somewhat of factory offset.

I am curious to know what size tires to run, he wants a medium stretch.

I will post pictures up soon.

medium stretch is a relative term but a 225/45/15 or 215/45/15. I've never looked for those sizes before so I'm not sure if they are manufactured. I run a 195/45/15 on a 15x9.

IMO, I'd go with 225/50

Your friend sounds like a boss. Depending on how he's lowering he might not need a pull. I barely rubbed on my 14's with monster truck tires and a 5 inch drop.

I run 195's but I'd say 215/50 or 45 would be his best bet.

It all depends on how they will sit on the truck. It's not going to look good with any stretch be it mild medium or spicy if the wheels are sunk in.

depends on how low he wants to get. Theres only one spring for the truck and i think its 2.5" drop for the front. I cut 2.5 coils on my truck and it dropped it 5 inches in the front. It's stiff as shit. Going to need to get drop shocks for sure. The rear you can mono-leaf or just take one leaf out. Monoleaf= 5 inch drop, taking a leaf = 2 inch drop. And then you can get drop blocks aswell. Long bed for short?

its the short bed, so just cut 2.5 in out of coils then, when we remove a leaf it will make it softer correct? but you would normally want harder to keep from hitting the bump stops as much?

Ohhh! for got about that. Your going to have to cut the rear bump stops and just take out the fronts, theres two on each side of the front. I think i cut two coils and thats 5 inch drop. i went two down from where the stock spring ends so it sits the same place when its compresssed.
