Finally found a reason to get a baseline and get going on our Genesis coupe!
Last week the car was hit by a taxi from behind on LakeShore Drive so we figured we would switch it out and get going on it now.
Pics and graph!

Nice, but why the turbo 4 instead of the beefier V6?

Nice! I drove a V6 coupe a couple weeks back- I was definitely impressed.

They aren't bad cars. We went with the turbo 4 because we figured there would be a way bigger market since the 4 banger turbo is so cheap.

What option package did you get? Looks like the track? LSD and the Brembos and 18s?
Build it for what it was made to do... beat up on more expensive cars... turbo, software, frontmount and full exhaust. Do it.
Just waiting for the 'striper/track' model to come out and I am seriously considering buying one.

We did get the track and thats what I am talking about with the market we foresee in this thing. $24,000, LSD, brembos, decent wheels, and a motor to work with and you are on your way.
Our parts are under production, mostly we are working with a tune but I definitely see a lot of potential in this car!

Nice. That is what I want or get the R-Spec. Lighter seats, no NAV, No HIDs, Stickier Tires, LSD, Brembos and no wings.
Yummy!

Me too. I am hoping it has cloth as well on the inside. So it is more stripper model!

Man, that sucks about the bumper.
I agree that the Turbo 4 is going to see a greater aftermarket. AMS is already pretty deep into making stuff for this car, so it'll be really cool to see what you guys end up doing with it as well. I'm sure it'll be incredible just like the rest of your lineup.
