Hi everyone!

I just wanted to contribute with som pics of my Volvo.
It´s a 1988 Volvo 240 with custom suspension, 19" Racing Dynamics RGQ (BMW) rims and a red block 16 valve turbo engine. Aiming for 600+rwhp. :eyebrows

Everything flows perfectly, tint is a little to dark, but everything is spot on.

That front end came already in 2007 on the S80II (Y20).

I don't see any S60R specific parts.

dude that's the original front end of the v70r 2010.
so dont give him creds for doing nothing.
+ the rims and the rear fender makes the car look akward.

the last v70r was the p2. no ifs, ands, or buts. no such thing as 2010 v70r. and either way the mish mash of generation doesnt work visually... it could... but not quite like that.

I think it works beautifully. The V70 took an incredible amount of body work, and this kind of modification is something we don't see in the states....ever.

Took apart of a track day and grabbed a few shots of my good friends S60 Turbo AWD.
You got any specs on the wheels?

I just bought a 2011 s40 T5 and I'm curious is to if the fenders will stuff 19x9.5 et 35ish with no problems.

Thanks a lot for any input!

As you can see, I made the rearfender a bit wider :eyebrows

I need to know tire-size and wheel spec on this! It looks awesome. I drive a 96 940 wagon, fairly tuned engine, sleeper look atm. :) Looking to get into som real fitment og start to collect parts over the winter. This might be my recipe. ;)

The rims are 17X9,5" et 16 and 10" et 31.
And then i have spacers to change boltpattern, 20mm in front and 25mm at the rear
Tires are 215/40.

Original spring cut in half and no rubber in front. Rear is it volvo 240 springs cut because 140 sereis had bolted spring up and down, the 240 has only bolted down and a cup the spring is atteched to.

This was my 2000 "Phase 1" S40. It was my first car. Unreliable as hell. Spent more time in the shop than on the road...but it was my first...and I loved it.

haha thanks man! i did cut the stock coils. i think about 3.5 all around. i honestly dont remember exactly how much.. i did have to remove the bump stops all aroudn though. rides ok for what it is..

First of all, thank you!

The car is lowered with coils designed for the S/V70 without support springs up front, and with cut H&R springs on yellow Koni's in the back.

Wheels are 7.5x18 ET43, with 215/35-18 all the way around. Spacers in the front are 35mm and 47mm in the rear, making a final ET of 8 and -4.

Very nice, I'd love to see more pictures of the rear fenders, that's the hardest part to get to sit right due to the stupid design of the fenders.

A few of mine. Lowered on just IPD springs. Wheels are 17" Canopus wheels with 205/45/17 tires. 10mm spacers in the front and 20mm in the rear, making the front offset +39 and rear offset +29.

Damn... 225/40? Looks smaller, I'm in between 205/40 and 215/35 for my 18x8 Benz Wheels.

The TA's go pretty low from what I'm seeing from others. Are you going to try to sell the old coils or try to re-build them? or just let them sit?

Well I am making myself go as low as it will allow me too lol, I am not really sure yet what I'm doing with them. Yeah I ran that size because that's what came on them when I got it. For some reason too they had a slight stretch, any other tire I ran never did haha.

For my new wheels 17x9.5- I'm going to be running 215/45/17, you will know the wheels soon, I just want to keep it quiet until I start my build. :stickoutt

Thanks guys. Car isn't drivable yet, have to sort the rear suspension out still and roll/trim fenders before I can drive it and take more (read real) photos. Also have to clean wheels up a bit. :alright

The red one is on MVP coilovers front with MVP adjustable spring perches rear - that's it at max height. The silver one was running cut sport springs and custom shortened struts with unknown HD bilstein inserts.

Test fitted my steelies today=) when i get the tires mounted and the wheels on the car, im going to "finetune" the springs so it gets as low as it can on these bad norwegian roads=)
