Green E60

been a while since i posted pics of my car here, some may remember seeing my previous e46 sedan

ive still got the e46 but decided to get another platform and start over, so i recently purchased a 2006 E60 M-Sport 525i. its not really a fast car, but i like it, its nice to cruise around in.

i threw on my old hamann wheels on the E60 and took some amateur pics, im hoping to get a friend of mine who is really good with cameras to take better pics

but as most people said, they were more perfect on the e46.

i love everything about that. except for the motor. my 325 struggled to get out of it's own way, i can't imagine what driving that is like haha.

I would like to disagree with those comments ^^
It looks amazing on the Hamanns and Having these smaller wheels+tires gives u a perfect excuse to go lower.
So my suggestion would be to simply go lower LOL.

1st off my car cost lest than your tires so i can't truly criticize your beautiful car.

But
I'm just putting my .02 in.

I honestly think it looks just mediocre. The car is huge and shouldn't have anything less than a 19" imo. Maybe, my opinion would be changed with some Merlot all around and bigger lips?:o
As for now it look just "good."

Thanks for the kind comments guys, wheel spec is 19x9 +1 (with 5mm spacers) & 19x10.5 -1 (with 20mm spacers), the fronts are on 225/35/19 and the rears are 245/35/19. My reason for going 19" on this car is exactly like what Zayan said, for me personally 20s just look too big on the car, the 19s allow me to go lower. And my e46 was on bags, but I still reckon 19s on e46 is way too big. 17s or 18s max would be perfect on e46 :D

Like others Ive never been a huge fan of e60s but that looks so good!
I also liked the wheels better on the e46.


Edit they look good on the e60,i just like the style better on the e46.

^^im actually on cut/compressed eibach springs, had to get ready for a meet last weekend, I didn't have enough time to order suspensions and a friend happened to have brand new eibach springs lying around his garage so I stole them and just cut/compressed them for now, I do plan on replacing them with proper suspensions

yeap i agree 100%, for me personally 19" is the perfect size for an E60. 20" tends to make the car look too tall. Although i really love the hamann pg1s, the spec is way too weak for the E60. The rear is 19x10.5 +25 and currently im running 20mm spacers on the rear so its now 19x10.5 +5 and theyre still not flush with the fenders yet. Will play around with bigger spacers and once i get the spec im happy with ill be building another set of wheels
