Will 245s give me the proper amount of stretch?
You read it correct, Turbo 328is. I will be putting the build thread up soon. Got a little more work to do i.e. getting the motor in the car. I will get the parts list together and put some stuff up.

No. There will be hardly any stretch if any at all.
I was saying 245s because running something super skinny, just to stretch and slam kind of defeats the purpose of putting a turbo on your car. In my opinion.

yeah, i agree, gotta keep the rubber on the road. the reason why i was asking was because my old wheels were 7.5" wide and I had 245s on them

It will be pretty square on the 8.5" which should make the ride nice and enjoyable. Love the couple of e36 turbos I have driven. mmmmmm

Stretch + Turbo = looks sick, fast (after you get traction though :rofl). Win in my book :)

245's wont stretch, but will help get your power down. 8.5 is too narrow of a wheel to stretch and turbo. need a 10+ so you can stretch with some wider tires

That was my point.

YES! I have always loved their wheels, and i saw these and HAD to jump on it. I'm really excited to get them and mount em on the car. Also excited about getting the build done and getting the car back on the road.
