so i didnt really know where to put this... but... i started the rusting process on my hood today :D

dont worry though i got a certa-shit hood to do it to... wouldn't do that to an OEM hood... unless it was my e30 maybe :devillook

oh and no pics yet as it was dark when we got it all on... but ill try to take a few pics tomorrow

i cant wait for leavenworth drive, the bmw community is going to shit a brick haha

mike, have you looked into the making of different colored rust? i was just looking around our shop and found some epson salt, just trying to make it rust faster, and it has turned some of my hood green... :confused:cool

since you the only other one on here that ive see with a significant amount of rust, have you experimented with anything else to make other colors?

I think i saw the car on my way out of Leavenworth next to Thatchers M3... Didn't get pics though would have if i had seen it earlier.
