i got a "german look" super beetle in the works. power will be a 2000cc type 4 motor with megasquirt, wasted spark, turbod (hoping for 15psi)! streached and poked, and ofcorse stanced hard. im gonna roll, cut, weld the fenders to get the wheels i wanna run to sit nice and flush! i will be unvielling it at 2010 wustefest! im sellin my 58 to help fund the project. ill **** to see it go, but gotta sell to build new ones. im all H20. i dont own one watercooled car. lol im an air head!

Ive actually wanted to build a Mk1 aircooled but someone beat me to it with using a Mk3 body on a ghia pan. I still might do none one day. And just to add, Stanceworks is like pringles... Once you pop you cant stop. I love this site.

heres my project choptop. its only 36" tall... and the wheels i got mocked up next to it are ford model A 21"x4 wires! i havnt touched this car in a while, and the pic also shows its current state of build as well. its on the WAY back burner..lol.
