I was with Lukas at Fixx. Stanceworks guys had the best lookin' beamers out there in my opinion. I hail from Tampa and my name is Chris

2001 A4, fwd autoTRAGIC.

This is how she's been sittin' for the last year almost.

So I was sick of not being able to drive the car so I did this the day before Fixx :(

No no. I couldn't drive it, the pass. side axles kept snapping at the inner joint and since NO ONE could give me an answer as to why other than, "you are to low", I decided to put it back on stock sport suspension and start collecting stuff for bags. Trust me lifting the car brought a tear to my eye and I still **** seeing it like it is...haha.

Boligrafo, saw your car at Fixx, love the drop on it. There needs to be more BMWs like yours around Tampa.

Haha same. I replaced mine, then a week later the boot was already torn. :rofl

Welcome to the site man. It's TALL with the stock suspension...haha. I have issues with my axle boots too and really need to do something about it before they get any worse. They've already sprayed grease everywhere in my wheel wells. :(

No. I can keep a mean reverse rake while driving :D

I think my main issue with axles' is I'm not buying OEM. I'm getting crappy aftermarket ones. I've been looking for a decent used OEM axle...if I can't find one I guess I'm gonna have to drop $600 dollars on one from the dealer. :mad

have you tried ecs? never buy from a dealer unless you need to, oem can almost always bought cheaper somewhere elser. orrrr go raxle.

ECS deals with EMPI and I am currently on an EMPI axle. The axle in the picture above was from Raxles. It was actually my second one :(

I just gotta find someone parting a fwd B5 auto A4.

and just to clarify I'm not ripping the axle boots I am completely snapping the inner joint...no fun, no fun at all!
