Im sorry but I am normally in full support of events but I think this is a load of BS. The people organising the event are fucking wankers im told and dont give a fuck about people other than running some event to make themselves cool.
Go support some club level motorsport. Calder is a shit hole and the events there are crap.
Yesss im being rude and salty but im staying the fuck away from this. (Not stopping you guys and I wish all the best of luck)

Hey Guys,
Good to have Stance Works on board.
Just a quick update. We have been paying attention to what the forums want and as a result have updated the Sup Regs and classes in which cars will be competing.
a. Pro class- for both street registered and none street registered cars. Engines and gearbox’s are free. Suspension pick up points must be in as per the manufactures design. Slicks are not permitted.
b. Street Class- for street registered cars only. The vehicle must retain the original engine and gearbox configuration. Suspension pick up points must be in as per the manufactures design. Street legal tyres are only permitted.
Both Pro and Street Class will then comprise of 3 sub classes; Fastest FWD, RWD and 4WD vehicles
Complete updated Sup Regs can be found here: www.forumbattle.com.au/regulations

so what's going on with this?
Decided not to do it...
Would rather put effort into organising an SW event, plus $90per car for one day is a bit extreme...

Hi Guys.
Just wanted to point out that $90 also get you a 3 day pass(190 for a grandstand pass). Think of the Show and shine as a VIP parking spot. More Importantly you will be repping Stance Work and the car scene and its culture.

TV coverage of our cars isn't exactly ideal, considering the way we modify our cars. Also, For the public to pay $37 entry, I dont see it being a huge event. Especially for the younger crowd of enthuisiasts.
Good luck with it all though.
rhys/tranz should enter show and shine regardless, they will kill that shit.

Strongly disagree. If we were to enter, there are agentz cars and oxers mates
That would kill this
rhys/tranz should enter show and shine regardless, they will kill that shit.
Thats not really the point.
SW is a forum, yes, but we are also a community. We modify cars in every wrong way possible. I dont think $90 each to have our cars publicly shown, where no doubt the chance of 5-0 is high, is worth it. If people want to enter, hell go for it, but Im not going to be going, nor will most other people. To be honest, its going to be a flop anyways. Most forums dont even have people keen to join.
like we were discussing at urs, no point entering when theres gonna be $100k+ evo's and GTR's and Ferrari's and porches purposely built for that shit thats going to be entering. small time people wouldent stand a chance in the time attacks and stuff.
better off going to dutton rally at sandown when its on, its free and the same cars will be there. (to spectate that is)
Better off going to gc to eat and be merry.... Fuck motorsports.

Now now now. Motorsport is the business. Its where I can get my $4000 Mk3 Golf with 52.7kw atw's up the arse of some wrist rocket in his auto EVO they he just went and got a loan for.
I just think ARC forum battle is wank because it will have every key board warrior, jet junky and people we LOL at getting ripped off and wasting their time.
Go and support club level motorsport. U can spend $120 and get 3hours + track time at a winton test and tune. You wont become and internet hero but you will at least get to drive your car.
Wait till I get back? Or I'll be foreveralone lmao.
