240D owners help!

Hello all,

My 75 w115 wont start at all. i have tried bleeding the fuel system, new glow plugs, hell i even filled the tank up. I have fuel in both fuel filters so im pretty sure im getting fuel, also tried ether and that didnt start it. Any ideas at all?
