Who can make me a custom lip for 17" gotti's

Has anybody on here ever had custom lips made? I can't find anybody selling anything remotely close to lips for 17" gotti's. I know calling around would prove helpful but I would like to know asap. What I'm saying is if I were to send said company one of the good lips could they make me an exact replica?
