Budget Bora Slammin'

Hey guys, I'm looking for proper answers for the best budget coilies and stance tips please!

My dream coilies would be something up to £500 a set, that won't explode, and that go hopefully somewhere between 90 and 100mm downwards without helpers - is there a coilover setup that satisfies my needs?

And what's the best way to customise my camber freely? Are there other options to camber adjustable top mounts and/or camber shims?
