  • Hello from North Carolina

Hi, my name is Tyler. Currently living in Wilmington, NC.

LOVE the site. I found it through Mike and his e28 and e24 over on r3vlimited.

    My current PROJECT is a 1985 M635CSi. Though I'm currently driving a 91' M50 swapped 318iS. I've also owned a 96' Golf GL.(rollin' on RM's )

Right now the e30 just has H&R Race springs, but sits pretty good. I'll be driving it for a while longer while me and my Dad(also owns a 91' 318iS) finish getting the ///M on the road. Once it's ready for the streets, coilovers will come next.

    Here's some pics

The only pics I have of the E30 ATM:

...and the Golf, which was never stanced quite how I wanted it. (Found the E30)

P.S. Anybody want to guess at what I payed for the ///M?

I lived in Wilmington for a summer, nice place. I'll take the Alpine 6 series off your hands if you get bored with it.

        That's doubtful.

Well not that low... guess I should have mentioned it has 121,xxx miles on it, engine runs flawless, has full L6 leather interior, the body is straight as can be, bilsteins, H&R sports, B&B full exhaust($900), dual valve springs, stainless steel brake lines and some other kind of calipers. Euro M5 maybe? I can't remember. Only problems left are stuck brakes and possibly a problem with the cold start system as it has issues with warm startups. Some fuel and coolant lines needed replacing too. It sat for THREE YEARS.

Not sure what style they are, but they're from an 850i. Made of Magnesium I hear....

Yeah, sometimes I find myself just staring at those lines... It's definitly my favorite car I've owned so far and I haven't even driven it yet.
