Took some pictures of my friend's car tonight. Couldn't think of anywhere cool to go, so I just used the local spots again. inb4rice. It has a custom turbo setup and is pushing 9001 lbs of boost.

Meh. Not feeling the cheap vinyl eyebrows that appear to be bubbling.
Cool location, nice lighting setup, but lots of noise in the 1st pic? Or did you do that on purpose, cuz the top half of the car looks smooth, but the bottom half/wheels looks diffused.

That's because they were too dark. They got noisy when I increased the exposure in Photoshop. It sucks cause I really liked that pic.

It was either that or shoot it at ISO800. My lights just aren't that bright. As for being out of focus, I'm sure it's possible. My AF is hit & miss.

Thanks for the tip, I'm downloading it as we speak.

So you don't actually use a strobe setup for any of the pics like these that you do?

I used strobes in all of those except number 3, which was light painted using my ghetto car headlight/softbox setup.

Honestly some of angles that were used aren't that flattering of the car, but the exposure and setup of the cars are ok...
noise ninja helps alot too ;)

The photos are sweet. NN helped on that first one a lot.
I've honestly never seen a 4 gauge pillar pod. Crazy. Car has stuff I like, stuff I don't. It happens.
