Is there a company out there that does airbags for e34 5 series? Just curious...

D2 makes something for the e34 but welding is required

I started looking for a bag setup for my E34 touring, this is what I have found so far:

Rear

These cats are right, though. Some pieces need to be fab'd.

Please let us know if you find anything different that works.

run away from anything chasis tech, aka aim industries, aka airbagit, aka truckn-store. absolute garbage. i know first hand and if you want more opinions on their quality, just google these aliases of theirs.

if you dont have a problem fabbing, then go with airlift universal struts. they have many sizes to choose from.

e34 has a unique 'patented' front strut design, which stops any 3rd party manufacturers making a version of it , be it coilover or airbag :(

I had the same issues with my e34 touring , the only option is to cut the original spring platform off and weld new gear to the original struts. :)
