Posting pictures

The file size of the pictures from my phone seem way too big to upload, I'm not very good at this kind of thing, can anybody help?

Upload to a photo hosting site such as Photobucket, flickr, tinypic, etc. Then just copy the image URL and past it in-between these tags (No spaces):

So it should look like
