coils on my m3

i have an e46 m3 and im looking into getting coilovers. not sure which ones to get. any help would be great.

Ground Control with 600 front 650 rear spring rate or 500 550. Had GC street/track loved them switch to HR which is sloppy now back to Street GC on my new GC I can get a lower center of gravity.

great reviews over on m3forum about this topic....theres so many different setups you can go with but it really all depends on if your just gonna be using it as a daily, half street/track, more track etc
