KW vs. GC

I'm wondering on what coilovers is the best.

KW V2 or Ground Control Serious school?

I want to get LOW and maybe bring the car to the racetrack sometimes.

the car is a 318is 4-cylinder..

What spring rate?

If you go Ground Control be sure to get 5 inch springs front and rear. Or ATLEAST get camber plates in the front and 5 inch springs in the rear. Otherwise they will send you 6 inch and you will NOT get very low. Trust me I know from experience haha.

if your car is going to be a full track car go with GC. if the car is going to see the track days here and there then go with kw ..
