The thing is, that LF-A gatecrashed the party and completely stole the show...

They actually let in a few non-BMWs to the event this year. You'll see them when I do the big post tomorrow. They're all absolutely epic.

The LFA even ran at the track event. And let me tell you, that thing CORNERS.

It was going to end up all over the internet either way.

When M. Burroughs rolled through a while back, he took some epic X5 shots for Performance BMW, and we wanted to keep it under wraps until the feature came out.

But knowing how long press things take to print, and since MFest was going to blow the lid off the X5 either way, we figured we may as well bring it out into the spotlight.

Hope it was worth the wait.

Urgh. I have to do real work first. Give it a little time. I'm trying to get as many pictures as possible in today's writeup. From the first 200-250 pictures I took, the 34 I put on the blog were the only good ones I took. The review screen on the back of my D90 is very deceiving.

Let's hope the remaining 700 photos turned out okay.
