one was designed by the finest german engineers and assembled by professionals and one was designed by who knows to be "affordable" and assembled by 11 year olds in taiwan.

dont cheap out on suspension, too important of an aspect of the car to 'cut corners', hey OP would help if you said xxx coilovers for a 323, 330, m3, 325, xi.....

BUT, id skip and go with real coilovers, pss10, HR PCS adjustable, KW or ST (cheaply made by KW)
