Tein ss vs tein h

I want to know what the difference between the SS and the H and which ones is better
for my 2000 BMW 323IT WAGON please help thank you

did you mean Tein SS vs HA? or Tein H-tech?

SS and HA coilovers are fairly similar, believe they just have slightly different spring rates. H-techs are just springs...

I have Tein SS on my IS and have been quite happy with the them. no problems with them at all, the ride isnt too bad and I have been able to go low
