So I feel like there are a lot going wrong with my car all at once and it sucks :( I've seen this type of thread on other forums, but not here.

Lets see here:

1.) Rear window regulator broke
2.) Interior trim on the drivers door fell out and cracked (just needs new clips)
3.) My MAF sensor is bad
4.) I have a small coolant leak ( I think i finally found it)
5.) Squeaky brakes
6.) Clutch is about shot
7.) On my headlight assembly, the clip that holds the turn signal in on the passenger side is broken, so sometimes my turn signal falls out and hangs by the cord.
8.) My door panels are starting to come undone.
9.) Blown speakers
10.) Steering wheel leather is fading
11.) Needs repaint BAD
12.) Headliner stained
13.) Broken cigarettes light
14.) Scratched interior molding
15.) Ripped shift boot
16.) Broken shift knob
17.) it has 146,xxx miles.

So, what is wrong with your car?

As for the m30 car- too many things to list, but #1 being the engine sitting 3 feet in front of the car.

1) Needs valve adjustment
2) Driver seat it torn
3) Shakes at inconsistent speeds but mostly around 80mph
4) Brakes make it shake sometimes
5) 3rd grinds on down shifts if I don't ease it into gear.

E36:
1) Has the wrong engine in it

E30:
1) Is currently running on 5 cylinders
2) Leaks from a small coolant hose going to the throttle body(What is that? I haven't researched it)
3) Driver seat is broken
4) Sunroof crank handle doesn't stay of the roof.
5) Probably many others I haven't discovered.:D

-Paint is in terrible condition.

Uhhhhh.

Front lip is curved downward from scraping it so many times.
Front bumper still doesn't fit right and has a million rock chips/battle scars.
dead mosquito in my headlight [I don't give a fuck, he's staying).
hood has a million rock chips and dent and keyed.
front right volk wheel has major rock damage aka bent lip.
left rear shock is blown.
rear bumper still scratched from being rear ended.
rear hatch keyed from when someone tried to steal my badge.
Interior still in pieces, not finished with it.

1. Auto tranny is going bad, electronic shift control light comes on quite often.
2. ABS light comes on, brakes work fine though?
3. Brake pad sensor light stays on, shop didn't hook them up right I guess
4. Brake light circuit fucks up every once in a while.

6. Passenger window off track
7. Headliner coming down

I've spent so damn much money on the car in the last year I shouldn't have a list...but I do:
Door panels need to be re-glued
Needs a repaint, and some dents removed
Some rust needs repaired (nothing too bad)
Radiator has a leak, but I bought an aluminum one I need to install
Steering wheel is worn out
Possible blown headgasket, but haven't got into checking that out yet. That gives me a good excuse for an S52 though, so I won't complain
Tranny sticks in 2nd sometimes
Drivers door weatherstripping is shot, but I have a replacemnt on the way
Somethings messed up with my sunroof

I fucking steamrolled a dead deer in the road cause I couldn't avoid it, It ripped out my front undertray thing and one of my brake ducts, those disappeared forever. Also, my front drivers lock cylinder is fucked up, so I have to lock/unlock my car either from the passenger door or the trunk. :(

i am so glad to find that i will finally be able to clean out my closet because there is a lot to say.

Passat TDI 1996
-when i bought it no reverse lights and water temp gauge not working. Done
-two months later the engine broke down, a timing belt pulley ran away: 5valves on the 8 were bent etc... after 4 months: Done (i discover a lot of adorable things..)
-i remove the trailer hitch and my bumper fell down, the hitch maintained the bumper in place, the bumper cover is now hold in place with steel string (?) and 6 screws..
-i have to change the two right doors, the front is rusty as fuck and the rear is bent so when it rains outside, it rains inside too! the bottom of it is about 1cms or 2 of filler!
-the right rear fender is like a MX terrain and not the same colour like car...
-windshield bay is rusty allover and so it rains inside the car and on my beautiful headliner and on the fuse box and the wiring harness.
-the wiring harness obviously is partly cut and rewelded with tape by the previous owner so, sometimes there some sparks coming form there...
-all the plugs of the light switch are welded on the wires since it goes from US switch to euro one (and i plan to redo all of that and remove the alarm)
-the carpet is rotten
-seats are unconfortable, and impossible to set due to the rust on the system, i hope one day to have a leather interior
-the exhaust is so low under the car that it scraps really too often
-there is so much scratches that i can't count them!
-the engine dance on its mounts at 2500rpm and constant speed... sometimes ti seems that it will go out of the car!
-it is a TDI and 90hp...

The 1983 E21 bimmer:
-front drive train dead, all has to be replaced
-front windshield defrost dead for 2 weeks (it rains all day those times)
-some rust on the rear end, under the left side window and under the passenger door.
-right front brake disc bent...

the 1981 Passat wagon:
-as someone previously said: it is not finished!
