US Size Plates?

I hope some of you guys can help. I'm trying to get some plates made in US size? I want to get a some plate surrounds from the states but need the plates to fit them!

If you now have the size im sure someone who can make plates will be able to print and cut one to size for you. Or use one of the suggested sites above :D
