Hi guys, loving the cars on here, so thought I'd throw up my Beetle. Quick run down is a smoothed and modifying RSI Beetle kit converted to fit the Verts, air ride with Koni adjustables, Mam's with 8.5x19's up tucked up front (et 30) and 9.5x19's out back (et -5) poked out with 215/35's all round. Various leather work and colour codin inside (including trimmed double stitched headlights) and lots more. House of Kolor Tru Blue over white base.

front wheels could be more aggressive tho... how come theyre only 30s? when you have -5 in the back!

I wanted them to tuck and give a nod to the aircooled bugs that run narrowed front beams. Using a higher offset and smaller width on the fronts give the look I think.

i woulda done high offsset front and back, or low front and back. regardless its the only new beetle ive liked pretty much ever

While I can respect that idea, and think it's pretty cool actually, I don't think that looks very well. It just doesn't flow with the agressive RSI kit - if you had the less aggressive and more subtle standart bumpers that would look tits.
Or more aggressive fitment up front with the RSI kit.
But welcome to the site man! Always nice to see something original.

welcome man. I was just checking this out over on Evvo. Great work, although i personally would have gone with something a little wider or pushed out in the front.

I was playing about with sizes at the front (and much wider rears) last night as I've not totally ruled that option out yet, but for the moment I think it looks cool.

Big cars; big ideas; not a lot of win, I agree.

never thought id say this about a bug but that shit is hot! should space the front out to match the rear but other than that its legit!
Yup I dig this beetle for sure. Just not a huge fan of the front offsets. Like it was mentioned, with the aggressive kit I think an aggressive stance is needed to flow a bit better.
