Would look good if it were quite a bit lower and had smaller tires.

I didn't even know they made an S in '95. Still one of my favorite body styles, even to this day. My mother used to have a 1992 100S, same body style. Loved that car.

Did you copy and paste a for sale ad? I can't figure out why you think we care that it has new gaskets on it and services done...

um, let's see
better wheels at some point. still haven't decided on what though. probably 17s though. I'm a 'turbo wheel' fan... I'm hoping 1552s new retro line comes out with their promised turbo wheel

RS2 turbocharger is in the works. 27psi capable. 7A 20V cams at some point.

should be about 360bhp and 420ft lbs of torque.

oh, whoops. I thought I deleted that part.
I was copying a post I had where most of my photos were so I didn't have to type out all the image links

Not sure what I'm gonna do with the lower bit just yet. I just installed the H&R Sport springs and Bilstein sport suspension. it was riding high when I got it.
also, the tires aren't the right size for the car. they're 235/45s. they should be 245s.

95 was the last year in the US for the UrS cars. 1992-1994 were badged S4 (known in Europe as the Audi 100 S4). in 1995, Audi changed the names of all their cars around and the 100 became the A6, so the 100 S4 became the S6. The S6 was sold for 2 years in the US. 1995 and... 1995.5 (which were just clever ways to sell the 96 S6 as a non-OBD2 car for one more year). The rest of the world got the UrS until 1997. The Rest of the World also got a 280hp 4.2L V8 and the S6 Plus got a 320bhp V8

Nice.

My mom had a A6 of the same year - always wanted to dump it on some deep dish 18s. Would love to have a S6 or even a early 100s with a manual tranny to play with.

I dig the car, definitely an improvement!

also, my car may not be stancerific right now, but I know stance.

My group turned this:

into this:

never did NAIL the stance. I was closing in on it. I was going a bit lower in the back, but I had gone as big as I could go for front spacers. I had 25MM spacers in the rear and 35mm spacers in the front. I could have gone another 8mm on the front and the rear could have come down another 15mm. However I think I could have used a taller sidewall on the rear too.
This was another car that I was trying to balance stance and performance. I sunk a lot of money into performance and did an engine swap too:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R4QYluYmdZw
Fully built ABA with a full OBD2 swap

and my old E30:
http://chapel976.googlepages.com/retrochap.jpg
15x8 ET20 Zender Turbos

I'm still working on the stance of this S6. the current wheels and tires are killing me. the wheel gap is where I want it for a street driven S6... any lower and I'm gonna hang my exhaust on every speed bump in the area (the low point of these cars)

I can probably go 8" wide with ET30s and be right there on the fender. but I'm thinking of going 9"

Needs a lot more low, but props, one of the coolest engines out there.

I've looked into airbags for the car, but due to the rarity of the car, the rear bags alone are $2000... yikes

I might go with KW coilovers in a year or so.
