e23 lowering. where do I start?

I'm about to purchase a sweetly mint e23 BMW 733i (1982) and I want this thing pushing dimes across the ground. I'm familiar with the a-typical front spindle / strut design that most 80s bmws have (I've owned a few datsuns / z cars with a simialar design too). anyone know if any other bmw chassis's parts will swap over to benefit the ride height? I'm thinking some sort of fabrication will have to be done to the front strut tubes etc... anyone have any suggestions? these things sort of depend on wether or not I'm gonna purchase it lol

Im no sure if e28 or e24 struts would fit but you should do some research on that since those platforms have more aftermarket support
