Yeah thats abit it really, bolt the earth point again and re-connect the ac wirring as it got sliced in the crash. also got to get a window bit as it snapped when changing the trim.

Its the motivation im lacking as ive done so much now, also had a touch as i never had to pay for the inner wing to be done, how ever i need a new rear window as they welded by it and its coverd it bumps :( and the inner wing could do with some excess seem bodning removed. But most is coverd by the washer bottle anyways.

Repair costs without paint is just under £1000 :D

Reason I said 300 was because I know a boy who paid to have his professionally done and thats how much he said it cost him. Doesnt help that the offset on the original wheel is almost Porsche high
Tbh though, 400 quid for a set of 7.5 and 8.5 is pretty good imo, even if they are fakes

The extra id make, if any isnt worth my getting the tyres taken off, splitting the rims and getting re-done. Its all powdercoated so i cant simply spray over the top as the finish will be shit.

So my dad took his Discovery to a local LR specialist to have a new fuse box fitted as it was getting wet from a leaky sunroof (leaks down a-pillar and drips behind dash, very common problem).

Theyve had the car for like 3 weeks after he was told it would be done in a week. He goes down to see what the fuck is goan on. Gets to the car and finds the whole interior absolutely saturated in water, seats, centre console, dashboard, carpets all soaking wet, the silly dicks had left the sunroof open all night and mornin throught terrential rain. My bro inlaw who is a vehicle technician and scarily good one at that as been down and reckons its a write off as all the electrics would be fucked and the ECU lives under the drivers seat. My dad is going down today with head tech from LR main dealer to assess the damage.

What you reckon the outcome could be? This specialist getting seriously ass raped from my dads solicitor?
