im curious as to how i can get most negative camber out of my E36 coupe.
all of the camber arms that i have looked at all only give around -1 degree...lammmme! tires will last way too long :eyebrows
i want to run around -3 or -4 to fit my wheels
if anyone can help me accomplish this please help me!

Lower your car. If you're at the correct height to make camber look good, you probably already have 3-4 degrees. And most camber arms will give you more than 1 degree, and don't forget that the extra will be added to what you already have.

my rear is maxed out right now but ill take the collars out soon, you are a smart man though i didn't even think that it'll add to what i already have, thank you!!

No problem, I've also heard good things about GC so you may want to compare them price wise

get a friend who works somewhere where you can get to an alignment rack. the stock rear control arms, with coilovers, can get to near 3.5-4*. ask me how i know.

FTW! I have no adj. rear control arms either. I run 17" x 9.0" Kinesis K57's in the back with an ET26 in the back. Camber was measured on a few occasions. My stock RCA's have held up to more than -3.5 in the back with daily driving and track events :D

how much costs the camber arms ?

they typically run from $150 to $250 depending on the brand, install is a nightmare though...
