Opinions on this lip/splitter for e39's?

Just got this in the other day, not sure if I like it. FYI this is not my car, I still need to go moar lower on mine before I install it.

i said nay onl because its really glossy and i dont like the way it looks, maybe another one would look better. but more drop >splitter :D

I'm not a fan of M5 bumpers in general. I'd swap to something different (I think some of the euro cars came with some sleek stock options.

I'd do that even if I had an M5. But that's just me.

I say either way, no splitter.

The only other oem option for front bumpers is the non-m one, which is just too plain for me. I'll try painting it maybe flat black when I get around to putting it on and seeing if I like it better, if not I'll prolly just sell it. I just feel like the e39 M bumper needs some sort of lip.

ACS carbon fiber splitters.. they look great in real life and whatever chinese factory made them sure knows how to lay that weave, it looks pretty nice and fitment is very close

That's another option, but I feel like those look unbalanced unless you have the ACS rear spoiler. I wonder if anyone makes a rep of that..

i agree.. the front looks super aggressive and the rear, not so much.. but you can only look at one pside of the car at the same time anyway ;)
