If anyone is interested...I wrote a "rotating sig" snippet a while ago...it's a php file with a jpg extension...it just needs to be hosted in a folder where the .htaccess file can be modified...it can draw from any number of files stored in the same folder. Works on any forum that will accept a .jpg file.
