Im not thinking so...Paint strip and polish= no rust.

I used stainless polish on them and they looked f'n chrome.

no close up cause my photobuckets down for a while.

Well, they're not stainless... the number of rusty bolts I've seen kinda negates that.

When I tried to order new ones from BBS (who couldn't sell them to me), I was told they were steel and had been anodized, so they recommended having them reanodized. Of course, I sold the wheels before that was necessary.

My bolts rusted.. i hand polished them all and now all rusty :( after 1 rain started rusting.. or something like that..
