Lol those are my old wheels. I guess he never had the time to do what he wanted to do with them. Also they are HRE not SSR and the bolt pattern is 4x114.3 with an offset of -25. It is also a fully 3 piece wheel.

They should be 72.6 and yes you should be able to redrill them. its a fill and drill you can do in socal for ~200$

I'd guesstimate that the offset is approximately +43, or something in that range...but if anybody here is interested, just throw me an offer on the wheels, they'll come with 235/40/17 tires. PM me for more pics.
